Our pro package starts with an initial assessment by a top-class sports physiotherapist. The goal is to understand the client's goals and go over potential ailments & injuries. The initial assessment enables the physiotherapist to refer to the right professional, with whom the ailments can be further personalised through manual treatment. Afterwards, we will discuss with our team how your trainer will take into account any ailments or pitfalls in your training and diet.

Now you no longer have to think about how to get moving or start exercising despite the pain. We offer a comprehensive and unique package to help you get moving and lead a healthier life despite your ailments.
