I have graduated as an osteopath from a four-year training programme at Metropolia University of Applied Sciences. I got into the field because of my interest in manual therapy, the functioning of the human body and holistic well-being.
My style of care is gentle, calm and versatile. I plan the visit together with the client, taking into account your individual life situation and your wishes for the visit. During the treatment I use a variety of manual techniques, meaning that touch plays an important part in the treatment. At the end of the visit, I may guide you through a simple exercise to take home and apply to your own daily life.
I constantly strive to develop my own skills so that I can help each and every one of my clients in the best and most versatile way possible. I am particularly interested in women's health and osteopathic treatment of pregnancy, children and babies, so you can make an appointment with me for these issues too. You are welcome in my practice just as you are.
