In addition to the history of the condition, the first visit will focus on various orthopaedic, neurological and functional tests, according to which we will create a treatment plan. The treatment itself will include various manual therapy techniques such as joint manipulation, with an additional emphasis on therapeutic exercise.

The first visit includes an initial assessment of your situation, an examination and a physiotherapeutic diagnosis. During the visit, a rehabilitation plan is created according to your goals and wishes.

During your consultation we will discuss your symptoms and how they affect your life. After the discussion, we will try to determine the origin of the problem through orthopaedic, neurological and functional tests. Together we will go through the findings and based on these findings we will design a treatment plan together that represents your goals and needs. Treatment may include soft tissue manipulation, joint mobilisation, joint manipulation, acupuncture/dry needling and rehabilitative exercise (or modification of current exercise habits).
*Please allow60 minutes for an initial visit for symptoms over 6 months, 45min for symptoms under 6 months. 30min is mainly suitable for osteopathic treatment or acupuncture.

During the consultation we will discuss and go through your symptoms and what effects they have. We will then carry out more specific tests to determine the extent and severity of the problem. In this way, we will work together to develop a treatment plan that is right for you.

Pregnancy osteopathy is designed to help the expectant mother with any musculoskeletal symptoms. We use the Belloost pregnancy pillow, which, if necessary, allows the expectant mother to lie on her stomach.
Osteopathy for children & babies 45min: 65€
Thisappointment is suitable for first and follow-up visits for children and babies aged 0-12 years. At the appointment we will go through the child's symptoms and associated factors. This is followed by an osteopathic examination and treatment with gentle manual techniques. The appointment is child-centred, so plenty of time is allowed.
Parent & baby osteopathy 90min: 110€
Bothparent and baby osteopathic treatment in one visit. Duration up to 90 min. If possible, please bring someone with you to look after the baby during the parent's treatment.
