I am a physiotherapist who has graduated from Turku University of Applied Sciences. I was introduced to the field by an endless interest in mobility, the prerequisites for mobility and their development. My background is rooted in dance, where I first work as an internationally successful dancer and then as a coach for competing dancers at both amateur and national team level, and this work continues with passion to this day. In addition to working as a physiotherapist and dance coach, I teach crossfit classes. I enjoy this sport myself!
As a physiotherapist, I am curious and creative, and I constantly strive to develop my own professional skills by training in different areas. I like the reasoning and when I work with the client, my goal is to promote the customer's own thinking and learning. Sports physiotherapy is my strongest interest.
My practice is attended by a lot of dancers, young athletes, crossfit enthusiasts and people of working age with or without a sports background. Whether you are healthy or injured, young or elderly, an athlete or without any kind of sports background, I will help you progress according to your goals and create optimal conditions for everyday or sport performance.
